Sentinel is expanding: Introducing Chat & Josh
Chat Bandaranayake & Josh Gardener
Sentinel Storage Security is pleased to announce that Chat Bandaranayake and Josh Gardener have joined our security team.
Chat is our new Chief Operating Officer, bringing extensive experience in operational roles within the self-storage and petroleum retail sectors. He has successfully led initiatives for major brands and has over 2 decades of experience in self-storage and retail operations. Additionally, he is a Certified Practising Marketer (CPM).
Chat's passion for storytelling and connecting customers with brands drives his approach, focusing on customer-centric solutions that foster growth. Outside of his professional life, Chat enjoys outdoor activities and maintains a healthy work-life balance.
Introducing Josh who is our new Support Agent with a passion and a keen eye for technology and electronics. He enjoys working on electronic projects in his spare time, currently building a retro gaming devices. Josh is a keen Collingwood supporter which we won't hold against him.

Over the past couple of years, we have seen Jason appoint key personnel to look after the Sentinel Storage Security as he has been working on other projects across the Asia-Pacific region.
Jason has remarked, “The business is in great hands. With Chat stepping into the Chief Operating Officer position will relieve some pressure and empower our staff to excel in their roles. This transition will also pave the way for new ideas and an energetic direction as the self-storage security industry evolves. It’s been exciting to witness the business grow, and I’m confident that this momentum will continue and even thrive.”

Thomas & Josh - Sentinel Support
Sentinel Storage Security has a dedicated team with Thomas and Josh delivering the best in customer and product support. Sentinel's recent restructuring means that Thomas' position has now changed to be our Support Manager.
The Sentinel Support team is continually working to expand our product and customer support experience. This year we ventured into artificial intelligence with Sentinel AI. This allows paid-support customers to use our advanced AI tool for Sentinel Support self-help and compliments the existing Sentinel Knowledgebase within the Sentinel Support Portal.
